Victini Wi-Fi distribution
The Wi-Fi Victini distribution that was announced last month is now active for all English language games! You will be able to download your special Victini starting today, until December 31st. This Victini is given out as a way to celebrate the latest Pokémon movies, "Pokémon the Movie: Black - Victini and Reshiram" and "Pokémon the Movie: White - Victini and Zekrom" and it comes with its signature move, V-Create, as well as Reshiram and Zekrom's signature moves, Fusion Flare and Fusion Bolt respectively. The event runs for less than a month so don't forget to receive it while you can!

I found out the problem it was my routr i used my htc wi-fi hotspot so thanks im realy glad i could get it the day it was realesd like the 1st 1

@ Event-Fan: The distribution is currently active for all English language games around the world, hence I wrote international. I guess I should fix it to avoid confusion. :)

The Distribution is not International, Only for the US and UK !!

This isn't working for me, error code: 31020.
support.nintendo.com is useless - apparently this error doesn't exist and i have been trying for the past couple of weeks.
Any suggestions?
