Nintendo's latest handheld console (released in Winter 2004) is named DS which has a dual meaning: 1) Double Screen 2) Developers' System. It comes with double backlit screen, one of which is also a touch-screen. Has built-in microphone and can be connected to other Nintendo DS consoles or hotspots wirelessly. It can play both old GameBoy games and Nintendo DS games too and its powerful graphics engine is just amazing. It has two special Pokémon version.
