If you catch a shiny caterpie it will evolve into a pink butterfree

Well yes... Shiny Pokemon are actually strangely colored Pokemon, not golden. I wonder If I could have that Dark Lugia remain this way.... *sigh*

Well... Pokemon that change their original color when evolving, usually have their shiny forms different too...

Check Remoraid and Octillery..

I have noticed that the most water-type shiny Pokemon are pink or magenta.
(Another piece of philosophy)

no shines for me but i too have seen the shines in the Battle Tower. my favorite shiny is the Deoxys shiny! it is so cool.
