Ok, in the last few days (or weeks), I've seen about a hundred signatures breaking these rules. From now on, effective from Monday 12/1/2009, a sig pic breaking the rules will NOT be resized, as I did up to now, but will be totally erased and replaced by the message "Taken Out." And reminding you, 400x100 means 400x100. 401x102 is bigger hence up for deletion. Arty2 has clearly stated the reasons to the signature restrictions numerous times, don't you think somebody should obey them?

Why don't you guys limit the size if there's a problem with the signature issues?I mean,if somebody can input a sig bigger than 400x100,he will simply do it.But if it's limited to 400x100,nobody can input a sig bigger than this.Isn't that more convenient?

One can limit avatars, but you cannot limit signatures; you just can't measure them. That's where admins and mods come into play.

Somewhere it says "Custom Avatar". Click "Browse" and upload your avatar which is in the PC.

You can't upload it like that. You must use a url.

Just go to tinypic.com, upload the picture there and copy/paste the link with the [img][/img] tags where you are supposed to put the link for the signature
