No. is the Pokémon's Dex Number. It can be National (Default), Hoenn or Johto.
E.P. stands for Effort Points. They are in Attack/Defense/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Speed format. You can use * as a wildcard. For example: 0*0100.
S.S. stands for Base Stat Sum. It allows a quick evaluation of the Pokémon's Base Stats.
