            Legend

            • No. is the Pokémon's Dex Number. It can be National (Default), Hoenn or Johto.
            • E.P. stands for Effort Points. They are in Attack/Defense/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Speed format. You can use * as a wildcard. For example: 0*0100.
            • S.S. stands for Base Stat Sum. It allows a quick evaluation of the Pokémon's Base Stats.

            How do I use the Pokédex?
            Input a Pokémon's name or national number or use the search filters that appear above.
            Why isn't there any data from the Color/Metal Generations?
            Because few people play those games (static pages about those games will be created in the near future).
            Why is (word) used instead of (word)?
            This site mostly uses Pokémon Forever's terminology (because it is widely accepted) but we have also decided to use some words of our own in some other parts (see the Attack database). Check our Stats and Training page if you don't know what some words mean.
            Why should I use this Pokédex and not some other?
            There's no reason to use one Pokédex exclusively, however our own:
            • Looks nice when printed (check it out!).
            • Has easily remembered URLs (links).
            • Is the only one with Pokémon Cries.
            • Is the only one that emulates the Size Compare in such a way.
            • Is the only one with such powerful filters.
            • Is the only one backed-up by such a complete Attack Database.
            • Is backed-up by a powerful Individual Value and Stat Calculators.
            • Is supported by a smart cache system; once a page is viewed it is no longer dynamicaly generated unless something is added in the database.
            • Is powered by Pokémon Smart Search which detects typographic errors (try searching for Blublasaur).

            • Namelists from countries that have different names than the ones listed (like Korea).
