Southern Island
In order to get to this island you need a promotional e-card called the Eon ticket which gives you the item Eon ticket. There have been various Eon Ticket (e-card) give aways in the United States, Japan and Netherlands, and many Eon Ticket (item) giveaways in other countries such as Germany and England. The Eon ticket item can be obtained only once however you can give it to a certain amount of friends via Mix Records. Go to Lilycove and talk to the lady in front of the ship. After some seconds you will be in Souther Island, which scares the sailors of the ship a lot. In the island you shall find a small forest. Enter it and there should be an egg-like shrine in the middle of a shallow pool. Then, depending on your version, Latias (Ruby/Emerald) or Latios (Sapphire/Emerald) will appear. Latios/Latias will be holding the item Soul Dew which sharply boosts Latios/Latias Special Attack and Special Defence.
